Biography

Coming in 2023, you can hear Shaun on Nickelodeon's Bossy Bear as Bossy's Dad, the store manager of an electronics shop who has a PhD in Dad jokes.

You can find Shaun helping Dawson and Upton find the informant in Chicago PD, finding love in the trilogy Scotty and Josh: A Couple in the Making, or exploring the gay single scene in Chicago in the queer digital series Dudes.

Shaun wrote/produced and starred in the digital series Humane Resources, which completed an award-winning festival tour, including the LA Indie Film Fest as well as the award for “Best Cast” from Web Series Festival Global.

For years, Shaun spent years building rich artistic ties to the Chicago theatre scene, once a company member of Pride Films and Plays, and working with Court Theatre, Porchlight Music Theatre, and Hell in a Handbag Productions. As part of his extensive theatre resume, Shaun has been seen in the title roles of musicals such as Pippin (BoHo Theatre, Chicago) and Bat Boy: The Musical (Minneapolis Musical Theatre).

In Los Angeles, Shaun was featured in the NBCUniversal Actor Showcase in January, 2020 at El Portal Theatre. Once the pandemic hit, he wrote and starred in the Jewish/LGBTQ, modern folklore short film Heart of Stone, which is nearly finished with post-production and ready to hit the festival circuit.

He loves spending time losing Euro board games to his partner, exploring nature, working out, and preparing for his inevitable super hero origin story.
